Set in the area known as L-Ghadira, in Mellieha, close to the sea, The Terraces is a new residential development by Best Deal Properties, currently under construction. Each home is designed, built and delivered fully finished, ready for the buyer to make their own.
The development takes its name from its form: a stepped, terraced building where each upper level steps back from the one below. This is more than an architectural gesture. The homes

Each common part is served by an eight-passenger lift, with firemen's lifts in three of the six, alongside full fire detection and safety systems. These are the details that don't show in a photograph, but that you feel every day you live here.
